THIS WEEK'S RECIPE:

MOCHA CREAMS

SERVES - 4
PREP TIME - 5 minutes plus chilling
COOKING TIME - 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 200g bar plain chocolate, broken into pieces
2 200g pots natural fromage frais
Chocolate eggs or balls to decorate
Cocoa powder to dust

1) In a large heatproof bowl, dissolve the coffee in 2tbsp boiling water. Add the chocolate and place the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Heat for 405 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

2) Add the fromage frais to the chocolate mixture and gently fold in using a large metal spoon. Spoon into 4 dessert glasses and chill for about 1 hour.

3) Serve decorated with chocolate eggs or balls and a generous dusting of cocoa powder.

EXTRA TIP!!
If liked, substitute plain chocolate with milk or white chocolate. For a cappuccino-style variation, try serving with a spoonful of softly whipped cream and a handful of chocolate - coated coffee beans.
